Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Cast in Place Concrete contract #1802-216 for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract, for the term of April 7, 2019 - April 6, 2020, with RHB Construction.
Background
This is the first extension for this contract. The Road and Bridge Department submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) showing the vendor met all County requirements on this contract and requests to renew for the first renewal period. The funding source is Roadway Construction/Maintenance 01.0200.0210.003599.
