Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. per the terms of BuyBoard Contract #493-15 to provide additional access controls solutions related to the Georgetown Annex Project in the amended amount of $96,305.10 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement will provide additional add-ons to the access control system at the Georgetown Annex. This contract is the 3rd amendment adding an additional $8,891.00 bringing the grand total of the service contract to $96,305.10. Point of contact is Dale Butler. Funding source P325.
