Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Mesa Vista Ranch Phase 1 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the first phase of the Mesa Vista Ranch development.  It consists of 62 lots and 6,813 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $240,000.00 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2018-12-21 – Initial submittal of final plat
2019-01-28 – 1^st review complete with comments
2019-02-14 – 2^nd submittal of final plat
2019-02-22 – 2^nd review complete with comments
2019-03-08 – performance bond in the amount of $240,000.00 posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction
2019-03-11 – 3^rd submittal of final plat
2019-03-12 – 3^rd review complete with comments
2019-03-14 – 4^th submittal of final plat with all signatures
2019-03-14 – 4^th review complete and all comments cleared
2019-03-14 – final plat place on March 19, 2019 Court agenda for consideration
