Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Alpha Paving Industries, LLC. to provide installation of an ADA Ramp at the Williamson County Expo Center and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement is for the installation of an ADA Ramp at the Expo Center in the not-to-exceed amount of $24,450.00. Purchasing sought out quotes for this service. 157 suppliers were invited to submit a quote of which we received 6 responses. Alpha Paving was the only vendor to submit a responsive quote and came in under the estimated cost of this project. Point of contact is Dwayne Gossett. Funding source 01.0100.0510.005300.
