Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Service Agreement between Rifeline, LLC and Williamson County pursuant to RFP #1812-284 Public Involvement for Infrastructure Projects and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
The Court awarded RFP #1812-284 on February 12, 2019. One Response was received. It was from a “super team” formed by all of our three current main consultants: Rifeline, CD&P and Buie. It is headed by Rifeline with the others as subs. This would provide the County the ability to use the vendor's talents as needed and also provide for the handling of larger projects. The point of contact is Connie Odom and Funding Source: Funding may be from Road Bond contract, funding from Road Bond Sales. Other Non-Road Bond contact, funding from Road and Bridge.
