Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Sonterra West Section 12 Phase 2 subdivision - Precinct 3.

This is the second phase of the Sonterra West Section 12 development. This phase consists of 156 single family lots, 2 green space & drainage easement lots and 5,589 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete, but a financial security in the amount of $29,463 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2018-08-07 – 1st submittal of final plat
2018-10-04 – 1st review with comments
2018-10-18 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2018-10-31 – final plat review fees paid and major comments clear, waiting on completion of construction or bonding
2019-01-31 – 3rd submittal of final plat with request to bond for the remaining construction
2019-02-27 – 3rd review complete with comments clear (awaiting completion of construction or being bonded before being placed on the Court agenda)
2019-03-21 – 4th submittal of final plat with signatures and financial security of $29,463 received
2019-03-21 – final plat placed on March 26, 2019 Court agenda for consideration
