To discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Justice of the Peace, Precinct #4.
Background
We need a temp worker to help us catch up on the filing, archiving, and dismissals that we are currently working through. This will decrease the time that it takes for us to reduce the paper case files that are currently taking up space in our office.
We are taking $500 each from the 4 largest line items that we do not believe we will need to exhaust completely by October. This will allow us to budget for 128 hours at $15 an hour. We have already moved money into the FICA account to accommodate this.
