Background
Purchasing solicited bids for Spring 2019 Fog Seal (Block House Creek). 2,566 vendors were invited to submit bids of which 30 vendors viewed the bid documents and 1 vendor submitted a bid. Alpha Paving was the only vendor to respond with a bid in the amount of $284,132.00. After a review of the bid received by Road and Bridge, it was determined that the bid was responsive and Alpha Paving is being recommended for award. Department point of contact is Kon Kwan.
