Background
Purchasing solicited bids for CR 314 Widening at Jarrell ISD Elementary School. 2,566 vendors were invited to submit bids of which 30 vendors viewed the bid documents and 6 vendors submitted a bid. QA Construction was the lowest responsive bidder in the amount of $619,249.97. After a review of the bids received by Road and Bridge, it was determined that the bids were responsive and QA Construction is being recommended for award. Department point of contact is Kon Kwan. Funding source is 01.0200.0210.003599.
