Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a policy change from funding new positions at the bottom of the grade to funding new positions at the mid-grade range.
Background
New positions are currently funded at the bottom of the grade. We will begin a discussion about making a change to the policy wherein new positions will be funded at the mid-range of the grade instead of funding at the bottom of the grade.
