Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding IFB #1902-297 to Patterson Veterinary for pharmaceuticals and supplies for the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter.
Background
Award of this Invitation for Bid will support the operations of the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter. Sixty-four suppliers viewed the solicitation. Four bids were received with one of those being a no bid. Patterson Veterinary is recommended for overall award as they would provide the best value for the county. Per IFB specifications, contract term is for twelve months with two optional twelve month renewals. Expenditures for this IFB will be charged to 01.0545.0545.003200 and 01.0545.0545.004975.
