Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Temporary Staffing agreement between Labor Finders and Williamson County pursuant to Quote No. 21-4-2441 and authorizing the execution of the Agreement.
Background
Labor Finders’ quote and attached agreement covers the needs for the Expo additional staffing help before, during and after special events. The labor force is needed for several upcoming events that include the Taylor Rodeo, Best of the Best Cattle Sale, Special Olympics, H.O.T. Working Equitation, Trinity Farms, and Summer Circuit. Williamson County granted exemption from the competitive bidding requirements under LGC 262.023 during the 3.19.2019 Commissioners’ Court meeting, agenda item #46. $7,000.00 is the budgeted amount.
