Background
Average monthly expense to 0100-0435-004100, for the first 6 months of the current FY, has been $12,474.00. We believe the increase in expenses is due to the increased number of cases involving parties with mental health issues. This line item is currently showing NSF's in the amount of approximately $5,500.00.
