Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Thomson Reuters and Williamson County for Westlaw subscriptions pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-LGL-CAIR-02 in the amount of $490.00 per month at a rate of $49.00 per user, and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Approval of this agreement will support the operations of the Justice of the Peace Offices 1, 2, & 4.  Jessica Tiedt of Justice of the Peace 4 will manage user access across 3 JP offices.  Order form is for 10 users at a rate of $49.00 per user for a total of $490.00 per month.  Legal, Contract Audit, the Auditor's Office and Budget have approved this agreement.
