Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a Service Contract between Unified Power and Williamson County pursuant to Quote No.61821- Rev: 3 in the amount $4,000.00 and authorizing execution of the agreement.

The Williamson County Emergency Operations Center has several large uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) that maintain power to critical infrastructure during an outage that results with the loss of commercial electric service and then when the backup generator comes on-line or if the generator fails during a commercial electric service outage. The “building-wide” UPS maintenance is covered under a different agreement. This proposal is for coverage of the Motorola radio system and the Solacom 9-1-1 telephone system UPS’s and will expire at the same time as the building-wide agreement. This will allow us to combine all of the UPS’s into a single agreement for FY20. Terry Purvis/Ken Malgren are the points of contact for this transaction.
