Background
Charter has existing facilities in conflict with the CR 176 at RM 2243 Project. The Utility Agreement for the relocations is for a total amount of $6,309.41. Charter is 100% eligible for reimbursement. The total anticipated reimbursement to Charter by the County is $6,309.41 (100% of $6,309.41).
