Background
On May 1, 2018, the Commissioners Court unanimously approved agenda item #31 to apply for a FY-2019 Discretionary Grant through the Texas Indigent Defense Commission (TIDC). The grant requires a cash match. The LIT is to fund the cash match for fiscal year 2019.
