Background
Purchasing solicited bids for Bluebonnet Drive Reconstruction. 2,664 suppliers were invited to submit bids of which 42 suppliers viewed the bid and 5 suppliers submitted a bid. After a review of the bids received by Purchasing and Road & Bridge it was determined that Chasco Constructors submitted the lowest responsive bid in the amount of $754,484.00.
