Background
After analyzing the FY19 budget it has been determined to utilize the existing budget in a more efficient manner to facilitate the upgrade of Comm Shop software, which is now end-of-life. This software is used for tracking and managing assets/asset information for the entire system.
This has been vetted through ITS and the Budget Office to ensure that we are in compliance with policies. Additionally, this was approved at the 4/15/2019 RCS Advisory Board Budget Workshop.
