Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Interlocal Agreement between Williamson County and the City of Jarrell for resurfacing of Ronald Reagan Blvd.
Background
The County will amend, by way of a change order, the current Ronald Reagan Blvd resurfacing project to include the segment of the roadway that is within the existing City of Jarrell right-of-way. The City of Jarrell will reimburse the County for all costs incurred by this change order in an amount not to exceed $320,000. The City of Jarrell approved the Interlocal Agreement at the May 28, 2019 City Council meeting.
