Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Statement of Work/Agreement between Williamson County and Office Depot, Inc. to provide Hard Drive Shredding Services in the amount of $5,000 as per National IPA Contract #R160204, and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Background

This agreement is for continuing Hard Drive Shredding Services with Office Depot in the amount of $5,000 which includes 833 hard drives at a rate of $6 per hard drive and 1 VHS tape at a rate of $2 per tape. Department point of contact is Tammy McCulley.  Funding Source is 01.0390.0390.004100 and was approved in FY19 budget.
