Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Interlocal Agreement between Matagorda County and Williamson County for the sale of a surplus patrol vehicle in accordance with Tx. Local Gov't Code 263.152.(a)(1).
Background
Williamson County is willing to provide one (1) used, safe, well-maintained and operable surplus patrol vehicle to Matagorda County at a fair rate not to exceed $1,994.48. Sale condition of vehicle is "AS IS" with no warranties of any kind.
