Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the approval of the MS4 Stormwater Management Plan Notice of Intent.
Background
This public notice of intent is required by state law. It informs the public and the TCEQ of Williamson County's intention to renew the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Permit No. TXR 040112. The new permit term begins July 23, 2019 and terminates July 23, 2024. Per 30 TAC 305, the notice of intent must be signed by the County Judge.
