Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for the Pretrial Prevention Program Fund.
Background
The increase is due to an increase in participants in the program compared to the prior fiscal year. The participants pay for the program with the fees they pay in.
