Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of contract 1803-220 for Crack Seal Services with RHB Construction for the term of May 22, 2019 - May 21, 2020.
Background
This is the first extension for this contract. The contract has been under survivability clause in terms and conditions honoring pricing, terms and conditions until a renewal contract could be completed and approved. The Road and Bridge Department submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) showing the vendor met all County requirements on contract and requests to renew. The funding source information for this renewal is under Roadway Construction/Maintenance 01.0200.0210.003599.
