Williamson County seeks a qualified firm to construct the Interpretive Center at River Ranch County Park. This project is partially funded through a grant with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. The grant requires inclusion of specific sustainable features/materials. Scope of project includes, but is not limited to, Interpretive Center building, restrooms, signage, outdoor classroom space, low-flow plumbing, energy efficient doors and windows, energy efficient lighting, energy efficient mechanical system, thermal and moisture protection.
