Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a quote and statement of work between Presidio Networked Solutions, Inc and Williamson County for professional consulting services for the Technology Services Department in the amount of $75,550.00, pursuant to DIR Contract # DIR TSO-3847, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

These assessments are conducted periodically to help improve our IT security posture and identify areas where more investments may be needed in the future. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.004100. Funding was approved in the FY2019 budget.
