Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP 1905-320 Pest Management Services, to the lowest and best evaluated offer resulting from negotiations, Pest Management, Inc.
 

Background

The RFP was viewed by 26 suppliers with 3 vendors submitting proposals.  This is for countywide pest control management. The evaluation committee recommends award to Pest Management, INC, based on the company information, relevant experience and qualification, methodology, compensation and fees, quality control, safety program, and references.  The annual cost is $44,934.00. The proposal submitted by Pest Management in response to the RFP will serve as the contract. This program will be an initial 2-year agreement with 4 additional 1-year renewals. The initial period shall be October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2021.  Christi Stromberg/ Shantil Moore are the points of contact and the funding source is 100-0509-3319.  Budgeted for FY20.
