Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Termination Agreement for the Lease Agreement between the City of Georgetown and Williamson County relating to the Show Barn property located in the San Gabriel Park in Georgetown, Texas.
Background
The Lease Agreement contains a term of March 1, 1977 to March 1, 2077. This Termination Agreement would terminate the lease early upon the condition the City (1) accepts the property and all improvements thereon, as-is; and (2) agrees to assume all obligations and responsibilities, at its sole cost and expense, for the demolition and haul-off of any such improvements should the City wish to do so.
