Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Addendum to Master Service Agreement with Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc., originally approved on 3/5/2019 under agenda item #44, to increase the not-to-exceed amount to $250,000 and authorizing the execution of the Addendum.
Background
This addendum to the Master Services Agreement is covered under BuyBoard Contract # 574-18. The not-to-exceed amount of $250,000 is for any 12-month term under this agreement. This expenditure may be charged to various funds/ line items, such as, but not limited to: 100-0509-4509,4510,5300 and other department specific line items and projects, if necessary. Funding was approved in the FY19 budget.
