Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Drainage Easement given by HoganWyatt, LP, "Grantor" to Williamson County "Grantee" as needed for construction of the Seward Junction Southwest roadway.
Background
The Texas limited partnership, HoganWyatt, LP donated 9.802 acres of right-of-way to Williamson County for the construction of Seward Junction S.W. roadway. The Commissioners Court unanimously approved the donation with a real estate contract and a Donation Special Warranty Deed during agenda item #38 on the December 20th, 2016 Commissioners Court meeting. HoganWyatt is donating 0.755 acres or 32,885 square feet needed for a drainage easement for construction of the Seward Junction S.W. roadway. Sheets & Crossfield drafted the drainage easement and worked with HNTB on engineering specifics. Construction has begun on the roadway and completion is anticipated for the Fall of 2020. Signed originals have been submitted to the Judge's Office.
