Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #1904-308 Property/Casualty and Worker's Compensation Insurance (Risk Coverage) for Williamson County to the highest scoring proposer, Travelers, as submitted by Lee Insurance Agency, Inc., and receiving, approving and authorizing execution of any necessary related forms.

The RFP was viewed by 59 vendors with 3 carriers submitting proposals, one of which submitted a complete submittal on all lines requested as well as an alternate additional Worker's Compensation proposal. The evaluation committee recommends award to Travelers as submitted by Lee Insurance Agency, Inc.,  who submitted the overall best proposal.  The annual premium will be $1,749,862. The specimen policies are attached .  Final policies will be received in the to Commissioners Court minutes once available. This contract will be an initial 3-year term with 2 additional 1-year renewal options. The initial period shall be October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2022.  Heather Kirkwood, Wilco Risk & Safety Coordinator, is the point of contact.
