Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of contract #1506-006 for Landscape Services of Williamson County Parks, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the term October 1, 2019 - September 30, 2020 with Heart of Texas Landscape and Irrigation Co., Inc.
Background
This is the second and last renewal option on this contract for Parks Landscape Services. The Parks Department requested renewal and has submitted a vendor performance report (VPR) that states the vendor met all County requirements. The expenditure will be in FY20.
