Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on line item transfer for Juvenile Services.
Background
Juvenile Services is requesting a line item transfer from Residential Services into Overtime and Temp/Seasonal line items. Due to employee turnover and internal promotions, the department has used more overtime and temp/seasonal funding than anticipated for FY19. This transfer will cover any additional overtime or temp/seasonal expenses for the remainder of FY19 and allow the department to maintain required staffing ratios to ensure youth safety.
