Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Granger and Williamson County for the sale of a surplus Gillette SPD-320 generator in accordance with Tx. Local Gov't Code 263.152.(a)(1).
Background
Williamson County is willing to provide one (1) used, well-maintained and operable surplus generator to the City of Granger at a fair rate not to exceed $3,776.00. Sale condition of generator is "AS IS" with no warranties of any kind. Depreciable value determined by County Auditor's Office.
