Background
This Change Order adds a repair in the existing pavement at the HEB driveway. A portion of the existing pavement on Lakeline Blvd in front of the new HEB driveway contained failures and potholes. The City of Austin agreed to pay for a pavement repair in this location that consists of milling to a depth of 3 inches to remove the existing pavement and repaving with hot mix asphalt. The area is 83 feet long by 13 feet wide.
