Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed proposals for Irrigation Maintenance and Repair Services under RFP #2104.
Background
Williamson County is seeking proposals from independent contractors with demonstrated competence and experience to provide irrigation maintenance and repair services for County owned facilities and properties, in accordance with the following inspections. Will include inspections and system checks, annual backflow testing, labor rate for repairs, labor rate for minor installations, and quarterly reporting. Contract term will be 2 years with 4 annual renewal options. Estimated annual expense is $17,500.00. Department point of contact is Christi Stromberg. Funding source 01.0100.0509.004810.
