Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for General Fund Non-Departmental.
Background
The county has three tax increment financing agreements with Georgetown, Leander and Taylor. Budget is based on preliminary assessed values in April. The certified values are not finalized until July. The certified values were higher than expected. Additional budget is needed to pay the invoices per the agreements.
