Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Flex Base Materials contract #1806-242, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract that was awarded to Industrial Asphalt, LLC as the primary vendor, and Vulcan Constructions Materials as the secondary vendor for the term of September 12, 2019 - September 11, 2020.
Background
This contract renewal is for the Road and Bridge (R&B) Department. The department point of contact is Jeff Ivey. A Vendor Performance Report was submitted stating all county requirements had been met and contract renewal was requested. This expenditure will be for FY20. Funding source: Base & Stabilizer 01.0200.0210.3551.
