Background
This is the next phase of the Sonterra West Section 8 development. This subdivision consists of 1 residential lot, 2 landscape lots and 400 linear feet of new public roads. Note that the final plat is titled Sonterra West Section 12 but is located within the previously approved Sonterra West Section 8 preliminary plat.

2019-08-02 – Initial submittal of final plat
2019-08-20 – 1st review complete with no comments
