Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Park at Blackhawk IV Phase 1 subdivision – Precinct 4.

Background

This is the first section of the Park at Blackhawk IV development.  It consists of 1 single family lot, 2 open space lots, 1 and 1,637 feet of new public roads in Williamson County.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $2,775,951.93 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.  A portion of this subdivision lies within Travis County and the entire subdivision is located within the ETJ of the City of Pflugerville.  There are 59 lots and 2,540 feet of new public roads in total.

2017-07-06 – Initial submittal of final plat
2017-07-25 – 1st review complete with comments
2017-08-29 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2017-08-29 – 2nd review of final plat with comments
2018-01-19 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2018-03-21 – 3rd review complete with comments
2018-04-03 – 4th submittal of final plat
2018-04-09 – 4th review complete with comments clear except for completing construction or posting a bond for the remaining construction
2019-09-11 – receipt of a bond for the remaining construction
2019-09-12 – receipt of final plat with all signatures
2019-09-12 – final plat placed on September 17, 2019 Court agenda for consideration
