Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding the Winston Financial Services Addendum.

Background

Currently employees enroll in two separate enrollment portals, one through Winston Benefits Portal (Medical, Dental and FSA) and the second portal through Beneplace for (Voluntary Critical Illness, Accident/Pre-Paid Legal and Identity Theft Protection.)
 
This solution will simplify the enrollment for employees into one seamless portal through the Winston Benefits Portal.

Williamson County will remit the Voluntary Deductions for these elected benefits to Winston Benefits for remittal and payment to the appropriate vendors.
