Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the River Ranch County Park Phase 1 Project, P315, Change Order #3 from Ritter-Botkin Prime Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $251,554.00 to approve Electrical scope and Roadway/Parking scope changes. This change order is being funded by the Owner Contingency.
Background
The County seeks to (1) install added power requirements for septic systems and additional electrical communication conduit ($150,906.00), (2) Convert Gravel Type I Parking to bituminous pavement roads ($91,738.00), and (3) Revise grading at Park Headquarters ($8,910.00).
