Consider, discuss, and take appropriate action on a resolution on behalf of Provident Realty Advisors, Inc. to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) confirming Williamson County's statement of "no objection" to the proposed Auro Crossing development located at FM 1325 and SH 45 in Precinct 1.
Background
On June 18, 2019, Williamson County Commissioners Court approved on consent a resolution of "no objection" to the Auro Crossing development that was going to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA). The developer, Provident Realty Advisors, Inc., has recently come back asking for a similar resolution due to TDHCA's changes in the form that was used previously.
