Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Jail Renovations Project, P411, Change Order #2 from JT Vaughn Construction in the amount of $29,299.00 to approve additional ceiling, electrical & mechanical scopes of work. This change order is being funded by the Project Contingency.
Background
Change order to approve funding for repair of Air Handler Unit leak discovered during renovations and additional lighting and ceiling tile upgrades in the south jail cell areas that were not included in the original scope of work.
