Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving termination notice of subscription with LexisNexis Accurint for Constable Pct. 2 effective December 5, 2019, and authorizing the execution of the letter.

Constable Pct. 2 office currently uses Lexis-Nexis Accurint, a web-based research database to locate persons, their assets, addresses, relatives and business associates.  This is a month-to-month subscription paid out of line item 4210 Internet/email service.  They have used Accurint for several years, but the system has become dated and as a result the information available is not real time or current. They are requesting to end their subscription with Lexis-Nexis Accurint and move to a new provider of services.
