Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 2 to the Corridor H (Sam Bass Road) contract between Williamson County and K Friese + Associates, Inc.relating to the LTP Corridor Program. Project: P462. Funding Source: Corridor.
Background
Compensation Cap increased from $1,800,000.00 to $1,910,000.00 reflecting an increase of $110,000.00. These funds are for the addition of a bridge at the dam outfall and revising the design and sheets. The Contract Amendment also adds a couple of rates for geotechnical testing that will be required with the bridge design. This effort will be authorized under Supplemental #1 to Work Authorization #2 for PS&E.
