Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the appointment of Shelbi Davis as the Williamson County Representative to the CAPCOG Clean Air Coalition Advisory Committee (CACAC) effective November 26, 2019 till December 31, 2019 and with an extension starting January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2021.
Background
Williamson County's CACAC appointee, Gary Boyd, was looking to step away from this charge. His resignation letter has been sent to the CACAC Chair and CAPCOG staff liaison as directed in the bylaws.
