Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving price Quote #1431 between MCM Technology, LLC and Williamson County for Annual Support and Maintenance for FY 2020 in the amount of $24,906.67 pursuant to H-GAC Contract No. EC07-18 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This is our service/maintenance contract for our radio asset/system inventory and management system utilizing the HGAC Cooperative Contract Number EC07-18. Thomas Piche is the point of contact for this transaction. This expenditure will be charged to 01-0507-0507-004500. Funding was approved in the FY2020 budget.
