Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a Utility Easement, Underground Agreement and Quote between Williamson County and Pedernales Electrical Cooperative, Inc. related to utilities for the River Ranch County Park Project.

With the recent acquisition of the McCray Tract (approximately 343 acres), adjacent to River Ranch County Park, it was determined that electrical utility service would transition from overhead to underground, requiring a redesign by PEC.  This action considers the revised utility easement, new underground agreement and quote for the redesign and installation/construction of PEC’s portion of the revised utility service.  The remainder of the underground utility installation will be considered in a separate agenda item.
